The website provides general information about SmartX8 Care Solutions, healthcare workforce support, recruitment, scheduled workforce and program transportation, and professional opportunities. Website content is informational and does not create a staffing agreement, employment relationship, clinical-care relationship, confirmed transportation reservation or other binding service commitment.

SmartX8 is not an emergency service, ambulance service or provider of medical monitoring during transportation, and the website must not be used for emergencies or urgent medical assistance. Call 911 for an emergency. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, Social Security numbers, insurance identification numbers or other sensitive patient information through general website forms. Healthcare services and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed healthcare organization and professionals delivering care.

Submitting a staffing or recruitment request does not guarantee candidate availability, coverage, placement or a specific response time. Availability depends on the role, location, schedule, credential requirements, candidate interest and completion of applicable agreements. Temporary staffing, recurring staffing, direct-hire recruitment and temp-to-hire services are governed by separate written terms agreed before service begins.

Registering interest or submitting a resume does not constitute an application to a specific open position and does not guarantee an interview, employment, placement, assignment or response. SmartX8 may contact a candidate if an opportunity appears relevant. Candidates are responsible for providing accurate and current information and for maintaining all licenses, certifications and work authorizations required for a role.

SmartX8 may provide prearranged transportation for healthcare workers and ambulatory clients traveling to work, scheduled programs, appointments and other approved non-emergency destinations. Transportation is subject to route, schedule, passenger needs, service area, vehicle capacity and written or electronic confirmation by SmartX8. Submitting a transportation request does not create a reservation or guarantee service.

SmartX8 transportation is not an ambulance, emergency medical service, MassHealth transportation benefit or medical-monitoring service. Passengers who must remain in a wheelchair during transportation cannot be accepted unless an appropriately equipped vehicle and qualified service arrangement have been confirmed in advance.

Separate transportation pricing, cancellation, passenger-conduct and service terms may apply and will be provided before service is confirmed.

• Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful or fraudulent information.
• Do not upload malware, interfere with website operation or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not collect information about other users without authorization.
• Do not submit patient records, diagnoses, insurance identification numbers or other highly sensitive information through a general form.
• Do not copy, scrape or reuse website content for an unlawful or competing purpose.
• Do not violate any applicable law or the rights of another person.

The website’s text, design, graphics, branding and other content are owned by or licensed to Munilo Lead Group LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal or internal business evaluation. No other use is permitted without written authorization.

The website may rely on or link to third-party services. SmartX8 does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or practices. Use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms.

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartX8 disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and availability of any candidate, assignment, vehicle or service. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munilo Lead Group LLC and SmartX8 Care Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the public website. This limitation does not govern liability under a separate signed service, transportation or employment agreement and does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning only the public website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Massachusetts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
