About
SmartX8 Care Solutions is a healthcare workforce and operational support company that provides staffing coordination, care support services, and structured operational support to healthcare organizations across Massachusetts. It is operated by Munilo Lead Group LLC and works on a business-to-business basis with assisted living and memory care communities, skilled nursing and long-term care providers, home health and home care agencies, clinics, medical practices, and pharmacies.
SmartX8 Care Solutions is a healthcare workforce and operational support company, not a direct patient-care provider. SmartX8 Care Solutions coordinates qualified healthcare professionals and provides administrative and operational support to the organizations that deliver care. Clinical care itself remains the responsibility of the partner facility.
SmartX8 Care Solutions is operated by Munilo Lead Group LLC. Munilo Lead Group LLC is the registered legal entity, and SmartX8 Care Solutions is the name it trades under for its healthcare workforce services. Contracts and formal legal documents reference Munilo Lead Group LLC, doing business as SmartX8 Care Solutions.
For Healthcare Organizations
SmartX8 Care Solutions supports assisted living communities, memory care communities, skilled nursing and long-term care providers, home health and home care agencies, healthcare clinics, medical and specialty practices, and pharmacies. The common thread is organizations that need dependable workforce support, operational continuity, and a responsive partner.
SmartX8 Care Solutions coordinates Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), home health aides, pharmacy technicians, medical office support staff, and transportation drivers. Requirements outside this list are reviewed case by case during the staffing request.
Yes. SmartX8 Care Solutions provides prearranged transportation for healthcare workers and ambulatory clients traveling to work, scheduled programs, appointments and other approved non-emergency destinations. Availability is confirmed based on the route, schedule, passenger needs and vehicle capacity.
No. SmartX8 does not provide emergency transportation, ambulance services or medical monitoring during transportation. Call 911 in an emergency.
SmartX8 currently reviews mobility requirements individually. Passengers who must remain in a wheelchair during transportation cannot be accepted unless an appropriately equipped vehicle and qualified service arrangement have been confirmed in advance.
Yes. SmartX8 may support recurring transportation for work schedules, programs and other approved non-emergency destinations. Recurring service is subject to route, schedule and vehicle availability.
SmartX8 Care Solutions offers temporary staffing, recurring workforce coverage, direct-hire recruitment and temp-to-hire arrangements. The appropriate model depends on whether the need is immediate, ongoing or permanent.
The organization provides the role requirements, compensation range, location and hiring criteria. SmartX8 agrees the search scope and fee in writing, sources and reviews potential candidates, and introduces suitable professionals for the organization’s own interview and hiring decision.
A professional begins under an agreed temporary assignment while the organization evaluates fit. Any conversion period, conditions and fee are agreed in writing before the assignment starts. A permanent hire is never automatic or guaranteed.
Submit the staffing request form on the SmartX8 Care Solutions contact page, selecting "Request Staffing Support", or call (978) 221-0007 for a time-sensitive need. The SmartX8 Care Solutions team reviews the request, confirms role requirements and shift patterns with you, then coordinates placement and stays engaged afterwards for workforce continuity.
SmartX8 Care Solutions reviews every urgent staffing request as it arrives and comes back with a clear answer on what coverage is available, subject to availability. Coverage depends on the role, location, schedule, credential requirements and candidate availability, so timelines are confirmed with your organization during that conversation rather than promised in advance, and SmartX8 Care Solutions does not guarantee that every shift can be filled. For time-sensitive needs, calling (978) 221-0007 reaches the team faster than the form.
A staffing request to SmartX8 Care Solutions needs your organization and organization type, the role or roles required, how many professionals you need, whether the need is immediate, temporary, ongoing or contract, when coverage should start, your location, and a contact who can confirm details. The staffing request form on the contact page asks for exactly these, so nothing has to be typed into a general message box.
Last-minute coverage needs are handled by phone first at SmartX8 Care Solutions. The team confirms the role, shift and location, checks which professionals are available, and tells your organization directly what can and cannot be covered — an early, honest answer is more useful to a scheduler than an open-ended one.
If a scheduled professional becomes unavailable, SmartX8 Care Solutions contacts your organization as soon as it knows, works to identify alternative coverage, and keeps you updated while it does. SmartX8 Care Solutions does not promise a guaranteed replacement window; what it commits to is prompt communication so your scheduler is never left discovering a gap at shift change.
Healthcare professionals are reviewed against the requirements of the role before SmartX8 Care Solutions puts them forward — applicable licensure or certification, relevant experience, work eligibility, and any organization-specific requirements your setting adds. Verification details for a specific role and assignment are confirmed with your organization during scoping.
Yes. SmartX8 Care Solutions is built around ongoing workforce relationships rather than one-off placements, and supports recurring shift patterns, planned absences, seasonal demand, and longer-term coverage arrangements. Recurring needs are the arrangement SmartX8 Care Solutions works best in, because the same professionals get to know your environment.
Yes. Healthcare organizations do not need to replace existing staffing relationships to work with SmartX8 Care Solutions. SmartX8 Care Solutions can provide additional workforce capacity, cover specific requirements your current providers do not, or take on a defined part of your coverage — and grow from there if it earns the work.
No long-term commitment is required to start with SmartX8 Care Solutions. Many organizations begin with a single coverage requirement and move to a broader arrangement once the working relationship is proven. Terms are agreed in writing before service begins and are scoped to what your organization actually needs.
Yes. SmartX8 Care Solutions supports multi-site organizations, with requirements coordinated per location and a consistent point of contact across the account so each site is not starting a separate relationship. Which locations can be covered is confirmed during scoping, since coverage depends on the role and the area.
Rates are based on factors such as the healthcare role required, location, schedule, duration of the assignment, urgency, and specific facility requirements. SmartX8 Care Solutions reviews each request individually and provides clear pricing before services begin.
SmartX8 Care Solutions currently serves healthcare organizations in Massachusetts, working from its office at 145 Great Road, Suite 6, PMB 1031, Acton, MA 01720, with New England as its expansion region. Coverage for a specific location is confirmed when a staffing request is scoped rather than assumed in advance.
A traditional staffing agency measures its work by shifts filled. SmartX8 Care Solutions works as a healthcare operations partner: it plans for known workforce gaps rather than only reacting to them, keeps one named contact who knows how your schedule actually runs, stays engaged after placement for schedule changes and recurring needs, and provides operational and administrative support alongside staffing coordination.
Operational support from SmartX8 Care Solutions covers care coordination assistance, administrative healthcare support, scheduling coordination, workforce continuity planning, and scalable administrative solutions. The goal is to let clinical teams concentrate on care delivery while SmartX8 Care Solutions handles workforce coordination and operational overhead.
SmartX8 Care Solutions may support pharmacies with pharmacy-technician recruitment and appropriate administrative workforce support based on the role and client requirements. SmartX8 does not manage medication dispensing, clinical pharmacy decisions or the pharmacy’s regulatory responsibilities.
For Workers
Healthcare professionals apply through the worker registration form on the SmartX8 Care Solutions careers page. The form asks for your contact details, the position you are applying for, your experience, your location, and a resume. Nothing else is requested at this stage; if you advance to formal onboarding, the team will explain which documents are required and how to submit them securely. The SmartX8 Care Solutions team reviews every registration and follows up about opportunities matching your background.
SmartX8 Care Solutions accepts applications from Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), home health aides, pharmacy technicians, medical office support staff, and transportation drivers. The registration form also has an "Other / Not Listed" option for adjacent healthcare roles.
No. Registration with SmartX8 Care Solutions is an expression of interest, not an application to a specific posting. Registering puts your background in front of the team so you can be matched against opportunities as they open.
